Shipping is free for all orders within the Czech Republic and Germany.

The standard order handling time depends on stock availability, taking 1–3 business days for items already in stock and 7–10 business days of production time for made-to-order epoxy resin lamps. Once dispatched, the estimated transit time with local carriers to a pickup point or directly to the selected address is 6–11 business days. Consequently, the total estimated delivery window from the moment of payment is 7–14 business days for in-stock items and 14–21 business days for made-to-order products.

Overall, the entire process—from order to final delivery—takes between 7 and 21 days.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Possible Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production capacity, carrier schedules, or circumstances beyond our control.
During periods of high demand (such as Christmas or Black Friday), delivery times may be extended. Customers will be informed of any delays.

Damaged Shipments
If a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact us immediately at help@woodiny.shop and provide photographic evidence of the damage.
We will resolve the situation on a case-by-case basis, usually by sending a replacement product or issuing a refund.

Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the customer upon receipt of the shipment.
